Who can rent a car or minibus?
Vehicles can be rented by both private individuals and legal entities. We offer a wide selection of passenger cars, minibuses, and other vehicles, so we can tailor an offer for both personal travel and business needs.
What documents are required for rental?
To rent a vehicle, you usually need to present a valid driver's license. There is no need to provide a credit card.
Where can I pick up the car?
The main pick-up location is Liepkalnio g. 2, Vilnius. This is our office, located next to the Vilnius bus station. Vehicle pick-up or return can also be arranged at another location by prior agreement. In such cases, an additional delivery or collection fee may apply.
What are your business hours?
Business hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, and at other times and on weekends service is provided by appointment.
Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes, customers are provided with 24/7 roadside assistance, and according to the rental terms, it is valid throughout the European Union.
Are the cars insured?
Yes, the rented vehicles are provided with valid third-party liability and comprehensive insurance.
What is the insurance deductible amount?
The standard KASKO deductible is EUR 600. KASKO insurance does not cover damage caused to the car interior or additional equipment outside of a traffic accident. You can always purchase full insurance service, reducing the KASKO deductible to EUR 0.
What should you do in the event of a traffic accident or breakdown?
You must immediately inform the local police, the rental company, and complete an accident report. In the event of a technical breakdown or any other unforeseen situation, each client is assisted individually with the help of 24/7 roadside assistance.
Is it possible to travel abroad?
Yes, you can travel freely within the territory of the European Union at no additional cost. If you are traveling to countries outside the European Union, please inform us in advance so that the specific terms, countries, and insurance coverage can be confirmed.
What age must a person be to drive a rented vehicle?
The rented vehicle may be driven by persons who are at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Can more than one driver drive the vehicle?
Yes, other drivers may drive the vehicle at no additional cost. It is important that they are at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Is the mileage of the rented car limited?
During the term of the contract, mileage may not exceed 500 km per day for minibuses and 300 km per day for passenger cars. Mileage is calculated as a total for the entire rental period, e.g. if the rental period is 5 days, you have 2500 km for a minibus or 1500 km for a passenger car. If the specified daily mileage limit is exceeded, the Lessee shall additionally pay the Lessor 0.15 ct for each excess kilometer driven.
Do you provide a replacement car?
Yes. In the event of repairs or other breakdowns, a replacement car is provided within 24 hours.
Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel?
We hope for your understanding and ask that you fill the fuel tank before returning the car. If the car is returned with an incomplete tank, you will only need to pay for the missing fuel.
Can I drop off or pick up the car on the weekend?
Yes, this can be done by mutual agreement of both parties.
Is it possible to rent transport with a driver?
Yes. We offer vehicle rental with a professional driver in Vilnius, throughout Lithuania, and abroad. This service is suitable for business meetings, group trips, and events.
Is rental available only in Vilnius?
No. Although our office is in Vilnius, services are provided throughout Lithuania and abroad.
