If the car is returned more than 3 hours later than agreed, the Lessee will be charged for an additional day. Additional fees may also apply.
Rental price
The rental price includes: VAT, comprehensive and third-party liability insurance, the specified mileage, 24/7 roadside assistance, a replacement car if needed, cleaning, and additional drivers. Rental prices may vary depending on seasonality and the vehicle's operating conditions; however, rental prices are not changed for confirmed reservations.
A mileage limit of 500 km per day applies to minibuses and 300 km per day to passenger cars (the mileage is calculated as a total for the entire rental period). The price of an additional kilometer is EUR 0.15. The mileage limit may be adjusted according to the client's needs.
Travel abroad
You can travel throughout the European Union with our rental cars at no additional charge. When traveling to other countries, you must inform us in advance so that permission can be granted for travel to your chosen country.
Payment, deposit
The renter shall pay for the rental by the specified deadline in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. Before picking up the vehicle, if full insurance has not been purchased, a deposit of EUR 600 is required, equal to the renter's limited liability in the event of an insured incident. If an advance payment is made at the time of booking, the advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled start of the rental. If the reservation is canceled after the final payment has been made, or if the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled, the rental amount paid is non-refundable.

The minimum driver age is 21 years. The minimum driving experience is 2 years. There is no charge for an additional driver, but they must meet all the conditions and restrictions applicable to the main driver. Only a sober person who is not under the influence of other substances may drive the rented vehicle. Upon request, the vehicle can also be rented with our driver.

To rent a car, a valid driver's license must be presented. If the Renter is a company, a company authorization or employee ID may be required when signing the agreement.

damage that occurred while carrying passengers for reward, providing security services, transporting liquid fuel, gas, or explosive materials, providing food preparation/trade services, or transporting express shipments.

If the speed of 145 km/h is exceeded in a reckless manner (for a prolonged period or repeatedly), the Renter shall be subject to a fine of EUR 200. If the renter maliciously fails to pay for traffic violations, a traffic violation administration fee of EUR 30 shall apply.
