Yes, rented vehicles are provided with valid compulsory motor third-party liability and comprehensive insurance.
What is the insurance excess?
The standard comprehensive insurance excess is EUR 600. Comprehensive insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle interior or additional equipment caused outside a traffic accident. You can always purchase full insurance cover, reducing the comprehensive insurance excess to EUR 0.
What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown?
You must immediately inform the local police and the rental company, and complete an accident report. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other unforeseen situation, each customer is assisted individually using 24/7 roadside assistance.
Is it possible to travel abroad?
Yes, you may travel freely within the European Union at no additional cost. If travelling to countries outside the European Union, please inform us in advance so that the specific terms, countries and insurance coverage can be confirmed.
What age must a person be to drive a rented vehicle?
Rented vehicles may be driven by persons aged at least 21 who have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Can more than one driver drive the vehicle?
Yes, additional drivers may drive the vehicle at no extra cost. It is important that they are at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Is the mileage of the rented car limited?
During the term of the agreement, mileage may not exceed 500 km per day for vans and 300 km per day for passenger cars. Mileage is calculated as a total for the entire rental period; for example, if the rental period is 5 days, you have 2,500 km for a van or 1,500 km for a passenger car. If the specified daily mileage limit is exceeded, the Renter shall additionally pay the Lessor EUR 0.15 for each excess kilometre.
Do you provide a replacement car?
Yes. In the event of repairs or other breakdowns, a replacement car is provided within 24 hours.
Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel?
We hope you will be understanding and fill the fuel tank before returning the car. If the car is returned with an incomplete tank, you will only need to pay for the missing fuel.
Can I drop off or pick up the car during the weekend?
Yes, this can be done by mutual agreement of both parties.
Is it possible to rent a vehicle with a driver?
