Who can rent a car or minibus?
Vehicles can be rented by both private individuals and legal entities. We have a wide selection of passenger cars, minibuses, and other vehicles, so we can tailor an offer for both personal travel and business needs.
What documents are required for rental?
To rent a vehicle, you usually need to present a valid driver's license. A credit card is not required.
Where can I pick up the car?
The main pickup location is Liepkalnio g. 2, Vilnius. This is our office, located next to the Vilnius bus station. Vehicle pickup or return can also be arranged at another location by agreement. In such cases, an additional delivery or collection fee may apply.
What are your working hours?
Business hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, and service outside these hours and on weekends is available by arrangement.
Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes, customers are provided with 24/7 roadside assistance, and according to the rental terms, it is valid throughout the European Union.
Are the cars insured?
Yes, rental vehicles are provided with valid compulsory motor third-party liability insurance and CASCO insurance.
What is the insurance deductible amount?
Typically, the CASCO deductible is EUR 600. CASCO insurance does not cover damage caused to the car interior or additional equipment outside of a traffic accident. You can always purchase full insurance, reducing the CASCO deductible to EUR 0.
What should I do in the event of a traffic accident or breakdown?
You must immediately inform the local police, the rental company, and complete an accident report. If a technical breakdown or another unforeseen situation occurs, each case is handled individually with the help of 24/7 roadside assistance.
Is it possible to travel abroad?
Yes, you can travel freely within the European Union at no additional cost. If you plan to travel to countries outside the European Union, please inform us in advance so that the specific terms, countries, and insurance validity can be confirmed.
What age must a person be to drive a rented vehicle?
A rented vehicle may be driven by persons who are at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Can more than one driver drive the vehicle?
Yes, other drivers may drive the vehicle at no additional cost. It is important that they are at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
Is the mileage of the rented car limited?
During the term of the agreement, mileage may not exceed 500 km per day for minibuses and 300 km per day for passenger cars. Mileage is calculated as a total for the entire rental period, e.g. if the rental duration is 5 days, you have 2500 km for a minibus or 1500 km for a passenger car. If the indicated daily mileage limit is exceeded, the Lessee shall additionally pay the Lessor EUR 0.15 for each excess kilometer.
Do you provide a replacement car?
Yes. In the event of repairs or other breakdowns, a replacement car is provided within 24 hours.
Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel?
We hope for your understanding and ask that you fill the fuel tank before returning the car. If the car is returned without a full tank, you will only need to pay the cost of the missing fuel.
Can I drop off or pick up the car on the weekend?
Yes, this can be done by mutual agreement of both parties.
Is it possible to rent transport with a driver?
Yes. We offer transport rental with a professional driver in Vilnius, throughout Lithuania, and abroad. This service is suitable for business meetings, group trips, and events.
Is rental available only in Vilnius?
No. Although our office is in Vilnius, services are provided throughout Lithuania and abroad.
